From Sounds to Stories: Building Confident Readers Through Phonics

Teacher Pee

Did you know that strong readers start with strong phonics skills?

In my Phonics for Toddlers lessons, children learn letter sounds, blending, and early reading skills step by step. For example, once a child knows the sounds /c/, /a/, and /t/, they can blend them together to read the word "cat" independently. This is an exciting milestone on the journey to becoming a confident reader.

My lessons are fun, interactive, and engaging! We use games, songs, videos, and visual prompts to keep young learners motivated and excited about learning.

Benefits of phonics:
• Improve reading skills
• Strengthen pronunciation
• Build spelling skills
• Increase confidence
• Create a strong foundation for future learning

I invite parents to book a 15-minute trial lesson from my lesson list to experience my teaching style and see how I make phonics fun and effective. If your child enjoys the lesson, you can continue their learning journey with my 5-lesson Phonics for Toddlers package, designed to help young learners make steady progress toward becoming confident readers.

I look forward to meeting your little learner!
