私の活動拠点の渋谷も11月に入って一気に寒くなって来ました。
皆さんのお住まいのエリアはいかがですか？
寒くなってくると、家の中にいることが多くて、運動不足になりますよね涙
家の中で軽くダンスする約5分のMIXを作って動画撮影しました。

東京だけじゃなくて、もちろん、イギリスやアメリカ、オーストラリアなどでも人気だったと思うので懐かしい方多いかもー( ◠‿◠ )

Hello everyone!
I’m Kumikitty, a DJ mixing instructor.
It’s suddenly gotten much colder here in Shibuya, Tokyo, where I’m based, since November began.
How’s the weather where you live?
When it gets cold, we tend to spend more time indoors and don’t get enough exercise, right?
So I created a short DJ mix, about 5 minutes long, that’s perfect for a little dancing at home, and filmed a video to go with it!
I hope you’ll give it a listen and dance along! ♪
The tracks are Eurobeat hits that were popular in Tokyo around 1988–1989!
And of course, Eurobeat was also popular in places like the UK, the US, and Australia, so I’m sure these songs will bring back some nostalgic memories for many of you! ( ◠‿◠ )
