Where to start learning Business English?

Momo Sensei

First of all, i would like to remind every beginners that Business English ability is related with your General English skills. You can build up over your achievements by using the right grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and punctuation marks in your daily life.

Of course, the cases in Business English are different and the main point is how to use English in polite way in business nature.

You need to get into business matters and you shouldn't be afraid of any kind of them. Listening is very important. So that, you can find some appropriate podcasts or videos on internet to practice.

Written articles such as Times,Forbes or The Economist for native speakers are your treasures! Don't be shy and get one of them. You don't have to learn each words sentence by sentence. First, give yourself chance to understand overall meaning of the article, and then you can make your vocabulary research by using a dictionary.

When you listen to the others, you will also hear some phrases that are suitable for business areas. They are looking like tricky, but when you dive into conversations, you will start using them formally, too.

Please choose in which Business section you are going to need and find more written or conversational responses for each situation.

If you have any questions or guidance, please feel free to join my Business English class. I will be happy to help you.
