Yoga Updates

As many of you have seen from my posts - I am an extremely passionate yoga teacher who has ran a successful fitness and injury rehabilitation business in London, UK.

Currently teaching and travelling in Japan, I have decided to try and re-establish my yoga work, and so have been teaching some classes in Japan at the moment, as well as offering classes on Cafetalk. I am a highly experienced professional English teacher, Yoga Instructor, Nutrition Consultant and Personal Trainer from London, UK.
