Another day in the mountains.

Yesterday was our first day off since we arrived in Hokkaido in the North of Japan.

It was a PERFECT day for skiing and snowboarding yesterday, and we had so much fun! 

Most of the day it was snowing heavily which made it even more magical, but it was extremely cold! As I forgot to bring gloves with me from the UK, I had to buy some from the convenience store (7/11). As you can imagine these are not best quality gloves in the world and my hands were freezing!

One memorable moment from yesterday was getting to the top of the mountain and stopping to take some pictures of the beautiful scenery. I was a little bit in the way of other snowboarders and skiers coming past, and when I tried to move, I slipped and ended up putting my gloveless hands right in the snow! 

Needless to say, they didn’t warm up until about 9pm yesterday evening! Haha :-)
