Just playing around!

Exercise should be effective, but it should also be fun!

One of my favourite ways to strengthen my core muscles is using a Swiss ball like in this photo.
There are thousands of positions and movements we can perform to challenge our core muscles, and many of them are far more difficult than they look!

Strong core muscles are one of the keys to good health, and staying 'stronger for longer' in my opinion.

If we strengthen and take care of our body when we are young, we can reap the benefits when we get old!
