ストレッチ、 モビリティ、ウォーミングアップなどから始まりゆっくり身体を温めてから
太陽礼拝、4〜5つのアーサナポーズを行っていきます。
本場インドでのヨガクラスを毎日受けているので、そのエッセンスを加えながらのクラスも提供していきます ??
男女問わず、レベルに合わせてしっかり練習していくので、お気軽にご参加ください⭐︎
身体に不具合やこりを感じる方、誰でも気軽に参加できます！
基本的に日本語と英語を混ぜてのクラスになります。英語がわからない方でも、日本語がわからない方でも問題なく参加できます。一緒に楽しく身体を動かしましょう！

If the requested date falls within 30 days, the request will be “confirmed” immediately without having to wait for the tutor to reply.
The policy “before request is confirmed” will not apply to requests that are confirmed immediately.
