Class Description
Do you feel like you know the grammar but freeze when it’s time to speak? This lesson is designed to bridge that gap! Forget about dry, repetitive textbooks. In this session, you are the protagonist.
As an Anthropologist and a Fitness Enthusiast, I believe the best way to learn a language is through genuine connection and curiosity. Whether we are practicing your Spanish or your English, we will dive into topics that actually matter to you. My goal is to create a space where you feel so comfortable that you forget you’re even in a "lesson" and just enjoy the conversation.How We’ll Spend Our Time:
The Icebreaker (5 min): A quick, fun dynamic to get your brain in "language mode."
Topic Selection (5 min): We’ll choose a subject from my "Discovery Menu" or discuss a specific topic you’ve been wanting to explore.
Active Conversation (30-35 min): We talk! I will act as a facilitator, keeping the flow going while silently taking notes on your grammar and vocabulary.
The "Insight" Wrap-up (5 min): I’ll provide a summary of new words we used and gentle corrections to help you sound more like a native speaker.
The "Discovery Menu" (Potential Topics):
The Science of Fitness: From CrossFit and weightlifting to nutrition and discipline.
Culture & Society: How traditions change, global social trends, and human behavior (the Anthropologist’s perspective!).
The Great Outdoors: Hiking, running, and the hidden gems of the Amazon and the Andes.
Modern Life: Literature, technology, travel stories, and daily habits.
