The Piano Roll is the creative heart of FL Studio, and mastering it is one of the most powerful skills any producer can develop. In this lesson, students will learn how to use the Piano Roll to create melodies, chords, basslines, and complex drum patterns that bring their music to life.

We’ll explore all the tools and shortcuts that make the Piano Roll such a flexible and expressive part of music production. From drawing notes and chords to manipulating velocity, swing, and timing, students will learn how to add groove and emotion to their beats.
