Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 7 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 7 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 6 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 50 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

This pack is for learners who use English at work, or want to, and want to feel more confident doing it. Before joining Cafetalk, I worked in professional sales at companies like Dell Technologies and KPMG, I know what real business conversations sound like: the meetings, the small talk, the pitches, and the interviews.
 
Each lesson focuses on a real situation you'll actually face at work. We'll pick what matters most to you, such as:
 
- Job interviews: answering common questions, talking about your experience, and handling the tough ones
- Self-introductions: introducing yourself and your role clearly and naturally
- Small talk: chatting with coworkers and clients before and after meetings
- Meetings: giving your opinion, agreeing and disagreeing politely, and asking good questions
- Presenting and pitching: explaining an idea clearly and persuasively
Emails and messages: sounding professional without sounding stiff
 
Why take it as a pack?
 
Confidence at work comes from practice, not memorizing phrases. Over the pack, I'll:
 
- Tailor every lesson to your job, your industry, and your goals
- Run realistic role-plays, like mock interviews and client calls, so the real thing feels familiar
- Give you honest feedback on how you come across, not just your grammar
- Send you a short note after each lesson with useful phrases for your situation
 
This pack is best for intermediate to advanced learners. You don't need perfect English to do well at work. You need to be clear, confident, and sound like yourself.
 
My teaching style is relaxed, encouraging, and flexible depending on what you need. Mistakes are welcome! This is the place to make them, so you don't have to make them in the meeting.

Política de cancelación del(de la) tutor/a

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
