Interactive Proofreading Session
레슨 상세 내용
This "lesson" is more of a writing conference, in which I help you make a specific piece of writing better. Here are the steps that we will take:
Step 1 - You send me a piece of writing (an essay for example) that you would like to improve/have proofread.
Step 2 - I will read your writing before our scheduled lesson and highlight/underline any areas where there are mistakes or errors.
Step 3 - In the lesson we will go over each mistake together, and I will help you to figure out what the mistake is and how to improve it. Basically, you will be correcting your own mistakes with a little support.
I often have students do this because it is the best way to learn. If someone simply fixes your mistakes for you, you are not as likely to learn from them. If you go through the process of fixing them yourself, even with a little help, you are more likely to learn from them and avoid making the same mistake in the future.
