Sometimes you just need to talk to someone and normally there are three basic reasons:
- You want to organise your thoughts before you talk to people within your business and you want someone impartial who is going to ask those tough questions.
- You have a number of options you are considering and you want to try and work out your preferred direction.
- Office politics are making the decisioning complicated - which option do you choose
