Dies ist ein 4-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 3 “Gutscheine” sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 90 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.

The topic can be about anything. We can discuss the weather, where we are from, where we are living, your daily activities, work, hobbies, books, TV, pets, family, food, etc. We can also use random conversation topics or prepared materials to do role plays for daily situations.
トピックは何でもいいです。例えば、天気、出身、今住んでいるところ、日常生活、仕事、趣味、本、テレビ、ペット、家族、食べ物など。ランドム会話トピックも使えたり、準備された教材を通して日常生活のロールプレーもできます。
Of course, you may ask questions about English, too, during our conversation. But it's okay to make mistakes! I can make notes during the lesson and give them to you at the end, so during the lesson, we can just talk.
もちろん英語について質問があったら、聴けます。でも話しながら間違っても大丈夫です！会話中 、ノートをして授業の終わりで気づいたことを教えてあげます。ですから授業中では会話だけでもいいです。
At the end of 25 minutes, we will finish the conversation, and I will give you my comments. Hopefully, you can realize something new, learn some new words or get more comfortable with speaking from this lesson.

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
