If you want to gain strength and burn fat, this workout is for you!

This workout starts with a proper warm up and some exercises to prepare for the high intensity circuit (10-15 min). After we will have a high intensity workout for 4 minutes. To finish up the lesson we will do some stretching (5-10 min.)

This lesson is suitable for beginners and advanced students!

camera setting:

make sure you have enogh room around you (2m x 2m) and you can place your webcam (laptop/tablet) around 1,5 m infront of you on the floor or a small chair.
