うまく話そうとしなくて大丈夫です。
このレッスンは、「少しだけ誰かに聞いてほしい」という方のための15分です。
悩みというほど大きくない。
でも、なんとなく心に残っている。
誰かに話すほどでもないと思っていたけれど、一人で考えていると疲れてしまう。
そんな気持ちを、短い時間で少し外に出してみませんか。
話す内容は、まとまっていなくても大丈夫です。

- 誰にも言えない小さなモヤモヤ
15分なので、深く解決するというよりも、まずは「話してみる」「少し整理する」「気持ちを軽くする」ことを目的にしています。
初めての方、長い相談は少し緊張する方、講師との相性を見たい方にもおすすめです。
カメラOFF、音声のみでも大丈夫です。
話しながら、今いちばん気になっていることを一緒に見つけていきます。
必要であれば、最後に短く整理して、「今の気持ち」「次にできそうなこと」をお返しします。
「こんなこと話していいのかな」と思うことでも大丈夫です。
まずは15分だけ、心の中にあるものを置きに来てください。

If the requested date falls within 30 days, the request will be “confirmed” immediately without having to wait for the tutor to reply.
The policy “before request is confirmed” will not apply to requests that are confirmed immediately.
Before request is confirmed (fixed)
- Cancellation possible at any time without charge.
After request is confirmed (fixed)
- More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
- Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
