Having a stressful day/ week/ year? Long term (chronic) stress is associated with many serious health issues. It makes sense: it's not healthy constantly waiting for a lion to attack! For many of us, the lion is our lives.
One of the best ways to combat stress is to talk about it.
No handouts in this lesson. Just 20 minutes of confidental, safe space to recover and reduce your stress.
