Having a stressful day/ week/ year?  Long term (chronic) stress is associated with many serious health issues.  It makes sense: it's not healthy constantly waiting for a lion to attack!  For many of us, the lion is our lives.  


One of the best ways to combat stress is to talk about it.

In this lesson, we are going to talk about gratitude.  I'm going to ask you some questions to help you focus on the good that's in your life right now.  This helps you to shift your mindset away from work and stress and towards a happier place.  Focusing on gratitude can make a bad day better or help you get to sleep better at night.

No handouts in this lesson.  Just 20 minutes of confidental, safe space to recover and reduce your stress.
