Welcome to your 4-lesson mini-coaching about protein for women.  Most women aren't getting enough protein to maintain muscle (especially as we get older!) Muscle is important to keep our strength and self-reliance!  (I want to be able to carry my shopping when I'm 80 - how about you?) Muscle also burns calories.  When we lose muscle, we burn less calories and we can easily gain weight.  

Learn what protein is why we need it.  Find out how to choose better protein and the right amount for you.  

**Important: This 4-pack of lessons is COACHING.  Coaching not only provides information, but teaches you HOW to start a journey of making better choices for yourself. There will be small, quick daily tasks (no longer than 5 minutes/ day) that you will need to complete before the next lesson.**

4. Protein portions
5. Homework: How many portions are you eating now?

Lesson 2 Topics:

5. How to choose your first daily protein habit change
6. Homework: Take your first action 

Lesson 3 Topics:

2  Other factors effecting protein needs
3. Protein quality and essential amino acids
4. Introduction: change through daily habit practice
5. Homework: Take your second action 

Lesson 4 Topics:
1. Evaluation and discussion Lesson 3 Homework/ Questions
2. All about protein supplements
3. The change process: progress over perfection
4. Decide your next action, questions and conclusion

Your lessons will include original handouts. You may need to send completed lesson tasks (excel or PDF files) back to me before the next lesson.  (These contain no identifying or personal data.) In order to efficiently use our time together, please have them prepared and ready. :)

All information shared with me during our lessons is completely confidential.  Our time together is a safe space for you to learn, discuss and share. Change is not easy. And small "failures" can be embarassing.  We can feel like hiding and block ourselves from progress.  But always remember, "failures" aren't really failures: just another opportunity to learn and succeed!  I'm looking forward to being your guide. :)

(2) 「進行中」係指課程包中已有一堂課程經確定。(當講師確定第一堂課程預約後,系統將自動發送課程包剩餘課程的優惠券供之後預約使用。)

取消單堂課程包課程

• 若欲取消單堂課程包課程而非整個課程包,請至該課程預約詳細頁面取消。取消費依講師的一般課程取消政策而定,但「收取 50% 課程費用為取消費」將不適用。課程包優惠券僅可能返還或抵用。

  • 隨時可以取消。

課程預約確定後

  • 課程時間前 3 小時內→ 收取 100% 課程費用為取消費。
  • 課程時間前 12~3 小時→ 收取 50% 課程費用為取消費。
