Join me and baby for a fun full body workout!
If this is your first time with me we will spend the first 15 minutes assesing where your child is regarding milestones and their current temperment so we can best apply how to include them in your workout.
After this we will have a 5 minutes warm up, 20 minute core workout, and a 5 minute cool down.
If any moderations are required during the lesson I will be more than happy to teach so that you are always comfortble and on your way to achieving your goals.
