Lesson Description
This lesson creates a warm, informal space to talk, share, and enjoy the world of coffee together. We start with a simple introduction to brewing — observing the process, discussing aromas, and comparing methods like pour‑over, French press, and Aeropress.
From there, we explore coffee varieties from South America and Central America, including regions such as Bolivia, Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. Students share their impressions, describe flavors, and talk about personal experiences with coffee culture.
