Welcome to your safe haven from daily stress. This is not a strict academic art class, and you don’t need to be an artist to join. This is a unique combination of conversational English practice and relaxing art therapy.

What we will do in this lesson:

- Create Together: We will choose a simple drawing, doodling, or coloring activity based on your mood.
- Speak Naturally: While our hands are busy drawing, we will chat in English about life, emotions, books, or any topics you enjoy.
- Relax: We will use metaphors and colors to express your thoughts, reduce anxiety, and build your speaking confidence.

What to bring:
Just a piece of paper, a pencil, and some colored pens, markers, or paints.

By the end of the lesson, you will have a finished sketch, a calm mind, and 45 minutes of natural English speaking practice under your belt. Let's create and speak together!
