Here's a sample of the lesson flow:

A: Hello, please take a seat.

B: Thank you.

A: Thank you for your interest in applying for our company. My name is John and I’ll be your interviewer for today. So your name is Tan?

B: Yes. Nice to meet you.

A: Nice to meet you too. So I have a couple of questions that I’m interested in asking you. The interview itself should take less than 30 minutes and you’ll get to know the result of it by the end of next week. Is that OK for you?

B: Yes it is, thank you.

A: Great. So tell me about yourself.

B: I’m a graduate from Assumption University and I studied human resources. I have a passion for developing people and that’s why I applied for my previous employer. I’ve worked in that company for 2 years and in my time, I was responsible for organizing trainings and seminars for our staff. I have organized over 20 different trainings to many people in the company and I worked with great people to make the trainings possible. From this experience, I especially learned how to manage myself, work together with different people and make sure to reach my professional goals.
