Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 15 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 15 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 14 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 90 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Have you had a childhood trauma revolving around sexual assault? Have you been too afraid or felt ashamed to talk about it? #metoo. 

I had locked away memories for the majority of my life, although the habits and emotional pain remained. 
Six years ago, I was triggered into my childhood memory, which lead me on a downward spiral until a complete crash. 

I needed to change my life. I returned to Toronto to attend this program at the Gatehouse, then continued on to the facilitator training. With their blessings, I am able to teach this program internationally. 

I am a peer-facilitator, which means that I act as a fellow survivor who is going through the program with you, not as a therapist or counselor. I will sit with you, as we explore our strengths and ability to find our own path to healing. Upon completion, we can explore the possibility to train you as a facilitator too!

This program is emotional, sometimes painful, and life-changing. We will take our time with this, to ensure our safety as we devle into some deep-rooted traumas. 

This program is usually in a group setting, so one-on-one is a new platform.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
