No Equipment 25-minute Workout at Home

Can’t make it to the gym but want to work out? A smart and short workout of only 25 minutes brings many health benefits! And the best part – you don’t need any equipment! You can do it in your home!

Getting your body to move for 25 minutes a day is very important for your overall health. And the best part is: you don’t need anything other than your body for this workout! You can also choose the kind of workout you want to do. I offer you: ARM WORKOUT, LEG WORKOUT, CARDIO WORKOUT and COMBINED FULL BODY WORKOUT. Each starts with a couple of minutes to warm up our muscles, after which we use a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) timer to perform five different exercises, each for a period of time after which comes a period of rest time. This entire set of five exercises will be repeated five times to get us really sweaty, and the final minutes of the workout we will use to stretch and cool down our bodies. I promise you will feel great after this workout and you will know you did something good for your body!
