15-minute Dumbbell Workout

Have a pair of dumbbells and not a lot of time to workout? Join me for a quick full arm dumbbell workout!

Take 15 minutes of your day to do a full arm workout if you have a pair of dumbbells and a mat at home or at your gym! I will do every exercise with you and walk you through it. We will start with a couple of minutes of warm up exercises, after which we take the dumbbells and do the workout. I am using a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) timer, so every exercise is done for a certain period of time, after which there is a period of rest time. We will do five exercises in total, each targeting a different muscle of the arm, chest or back, and we will repeat them in three sets. You can use any weight you wish, and I can help you choose what works best for you. Tone your arms with this super short and super explosive workout which can be done at the gym or at home!
