5 minute Introduction
The student and myself will present ourselves briefly.

Ask the student what their yoga level & experience is.
Find out about the student's emotional state of being and stress levels.

5 minute Emotions & State of Mind Vocabulary
Prompt student to tell me which emotions
they can name using images and facial expressions.
Write down new states of mind and emotions.
Describe simple vocabulary that will be used during the meditation.
Take notes of key vocabulary.


15 minute Guided Meditation with Tibetan Bowls 
Reconnect with your energetic centers, one by one.
Let yourself be guided through a journey of introspoection.
Breathe deep and enjoy.

5 minute Questions and Feedback Time
