For beginners to advanced, this introductory lesson helps us get to know each other.

This lesson is where we can learn about each other. It is an introductory trial lesson which gives you, the new student, a chance to meet me, your new teacher.
Everybody begins with a simple set of conversation questions so you can tell me about yourself. I also use this as a quick level check, so we can begin finding the best course of lessons from the first day.
For beginners, the conversation remains at an easy level for around 15 minutes before moving to a short demonstration lesson. Topics might include you and your family, travel, your town or similar ideas, but they will always be familiar enough to get you started on your English journey.
For the intermediate and advanced students, our conversation may last longer. This is your chance to show off your English skills in a relaxed way. I can give you soft-correction feedback, and we can talk about your intents, aims and goals in studying English.
All students are encouraged to ask me questions during the lesson, whether it`s something about the lesson, in English generally, or even a bit about my background.
I recommend using Google Meet or Zoom as I offer my students the opportunity for their lesson to be recorded and sent to them after the lesson, at no extra cost. Many students find this feature helpful for review, but there is no obligation and if you say no, the lesson will not be recorded at all.

The policy “before request is confirmed” will not apply to requests that are confirmed immediately.
