課程介紹

Have you had a busy day? Are you stressed and in need to move your body? or do you just want to give yourself a short break from the craziness that is life? Let's meet up for a quick 25min yoga and breathing session. 

This class is suitable for beginners and Intermediate yogis. You can guide the intensity of the class by letting me know what you need. It could be 25min of breathing and relaxing or a more vigorous flow to get the blood pumping :)
