I will play the role of the store clerk, waiter, or station staff, while you act as the customer, allowing you to experience realistic daily conversations.

Let’s rehearse for your upcoming trip or new life in Japan in a friendly, zero-risk setting where mistakes are totally okay!

・Understand real Japanese customer service phrases with ease!

Master by ear the exact phrases heard everywhere, such as "店内でお召し上がりですか？" (For here or to go?) and "ポイントカードはお持ちですか？" (Do you have a points card?).

We can focus on the exact scenarios you need right away, such as ordering at a cafe or checking out at a convenience store.

・Cover unexpected troubles!

Practice quick comebacks for situations where people easily panic, such as "This isn't what I ordered" or "Could I get a shopping bag, please?".
