Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 15 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 15 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 14 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 60 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Make French your child's new adventure! This friendly, visual and highly interactive 15-class course helps young beginners build confidence step by step. Children learn through pictures, songs and rhythm, movement, mini-stories, games, guided speaking and creative tasks. The course begins with greetings, names, numbers and familiar vocabulary, then develops into everyday communication about family, food, routines, clothes, places, hobbies and simple past experiences. Lessons gradually move from beginner foundations towards early A2-style communication, helping learners answer questions, describe familiar situations, ask for information and connect short ideas. Activities can be adapted to each child's age, interests, attention span and learning pace. Suitable for children preparing for DELF Prim A1/A2-style tasks or building a strong foundation in French.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

This lesson is “Immediately Confirmed”

If the requested date falls within 30 days, the request will be “confirmed” immediately without having to wait for the tutor to reply.

Requests will be confirmed immdiately expect the first one of a pack. If confirmed immediately, the policy “before request is confirmed” will not apply.
