Although small talk can sometimes feel a little intimidating, it is essential for building rapport and establishing a positive connection with others. Whether you are meeting an international client, striking up a conversation with a stranger, or getting to know someone new, small talk is a great way to break the ice and create a pleasant atmosphere around you. Hence,this lesson is designed to help you develop your small-talk skills by introducing you to useful phrases, greetings, introductions, and expressions for various everyday situations. At the end of the lesson, we will also participate in a role-play activity to help you practise these skills and feel more confident to use them in real-life conversations!
