When you make an appointment in business, it’s important to be clear.

You don’t want to make a mistake regarding the date or time!

 

Fortunately, making appointments can be easy if you know some key phrases.

This lesson is for anyone who works with English-speaking clients and/or coworkers, and needs to make appointments with them.

 

In this lesson you will practice:
- Arranging a business appointment smoothly by using key phrases
- Re-arranging the appointment clearly and politely by using key phrases




LESSON GOALS:

1. Arrange a business appointment
2. Re-arrange the appointment

 

LESSON PREPARATION:
- Before the lesson, I'll send a PDF with some short exercises to introduce useful phrases, and some exercises to complete
- Please read the information on the PDF and do the exercises

 

 

DURING THE LESSON:
- In the lesson I’ll check your answers to the exercises
- We’ll do two role-plays (info is on the PDF): arranging an appointment, and re-arranging the appointment
