Before Osaka, after my Graduation and Master’s Degree in Business and Tourism Management, I moved abroad and lived for 6 years in UK where I worked as Hotel Contract Manager - Europe for a Tour Operator.
My main role as manager consisted of:
- Manage all elements of the contracting process
- Target identification and initial contact
- Pricing, contract agreement and allocation management
- Build a strong foundation and relationships with hotels via effective and frequent communication, face-to-face as well as telematics.
My key providers were the best hotels in Europe from 3 to 5 star deluxe.
Thanks to my job, that required a lot of travelling, I had the possibility to explore new cultures and new places mainly all over Europe and find out the best and most strategic way to finalise the business .
