IELTS Preparation - Reading Section
IELTS reading exam guide with advice and practice for reading skills including skimming and scanning and free test questions.

Reading is the second part of the IELTS test, and takes 60 minutes. It consists of three reading passages of increasing difficulty, and there is a total of 40 questions to answer. Though you can mark and write on the Question Paper, you must enter your answers on the Reading Answer Sheet, and be aware that no extra time is given for transferring your answers from the test booklet to the Reading Answer Sheet.
In this lesson, I will send you a 60-minute Reading Practice Test and you will need to answer this on your own. However, do remember to follow the 60-minute time limit when answering the practice test. I will check your answers and discuss more on the points where you committed mistakes.
