Hi!

I teach non-traditional yoga classes, blending traditional yoga postures, yin yoga and qigong into 45 minutes of deep breathing.

 

During this time of Covid-19 , deep breathing is more important than ever. 
Most of us do not realize that our breathing is too shallow. 

We feel stressed and restless but do not know how to deal with it. 
Shallow breathing can hold us in this state of constant stress, even in our sleep.

 

Learning to control the breath and exercising the diaphragm can boost your immune system, calm your mind and eliminate disease.

Breath-centered yoga and Qigong will get stagnant energy in your body flowing again, and at the same time make your body your soft and flexible.

 

Come and join me for 45 minutes of delicious deep breathing, wand gentle, loving movements for your body.

I teach in Japanese or English and adjust the class to your special needs.
