Spanish Course Level A1

This Course is designed for those interested in starting their knowledge of the Spanish language. 

You will be able to:

  • Communicate in a everyday situations with common expressions, using the basic grammar and vocabulary in order to satisfy the basic needs.
  • Introduce yourself and others, ask for information and give it too, ask about other people to fill forms with personal details.
  • Implicate and participate in a conversation in a simple way always that the interlocutor is prepared to repeat what he said and with other words, slowly.
  • Write short and basic letters, for instance to send postcards to others.
En estas clases aprenderás a hablar, leer y escuchar Español desde lo más básico. Usaremos material didáctico como: lecturas, audios, diálogos, juegos y dictados sencillos. Algunos de los temas de cada sesión son:
  1. o: datos personales y presentarse. Preguntar por los datos personales de otras personas. Nombre, edad, profesión, nacionalidad…
  2. Familias: vocabulario de la familia. Hablar sobre familias del mundo, modelos de familia más típicos en su país, tipos de familia en la historia…
  3. Trabajo: para empezar por el vocabulario de las profesiones. 
  4. Descripción: física, carácter y estado de ánimo. Todo el vocabulario junto a la práctica de ser y estar ¡no pueden faltar!
  5. La casa: vocabulario y práctica de hay y está. 
  6. Gustos y preferencias: desde el verbo gustar se pueden trabajar infinidad de temas o áreas de vocabulario.
  7. Tu ciudad: descripción de la ciudad (hay, está, vocabulario) y trabajo con direcciones.
  8. Restaurantes: vocabulario y función de pedir.
  9. Doler: vocabulario del cuerpo humano, expresar dolor y síntomas. Vocabulario de medicamentos y cómo pedirlos. 
  10. Viajes: desde medios de transporte y alojamientos típicos hasta experiencias.

Política de cancelación del(de la) tutor/a

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
