What key points will you learn from this class and what is my teaching style like?

I'm an experienced human resources manager and teacher along with published author of 19 books. I will teach the following key parts of the business email and specific vocabulary to set you up for success. :) I'm a very patient, kind, professional, and respectful tutor. I've lived in another country and can empathize with anyone learning another language from my own personal experiences.
