Lesson Pack Details
This is a 4-lesson pack. You will be issued 3 “coupons” when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 45 days of the first lesson date.
Lessons should generally be booked chronologically, meaning that the second lesson should be booked after the first, and so on.

**Important: This 4-pack of lessons is COACHING. Coaching not only provides information, but teaches you HOW to start a journey of making better choices for yourself. There will be small, quick daily tasks (no longer than 5 minutes/ day) that you will need to complete before the next lesson.**

5. Homework: How many portions do you really eat?
Lesson 3 Topics:

3. Other factors effecting carbohydrate needs
4. Your healthy carbohydrate range
5. Introduction to change through daily habit practice
6. Homework: Take a change action to be a little better
Lesson 4 Topics:

2. Carbohydrate timing during your day
3. Review of change process and new habit practice
4. Additional questions about carbohydrates
5. Decide your next action, questions and conclusion
Your lessons will include original handouts. You may need to send completed lesson tasks (excel or PDF files) back to me before the next lesson. (These contain no identifying or personal data.) In order to efficiently use our time together, please have them prepared and ready. :)
All information shared with me during our lessons is completely confidential. Our time together is a safe space for you to learn, discuss and share. Change is not easy. And small "failures" can be embarassing. We can feel like hiding and block ourselves from progress. But always remember, "failures" aren't really failures: just another opportunity to learn and succeed! I'm looking forward to being your guide. :)

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
Before request is confirmed (fixed)
- Cancellation possible at any time without charge.
After request is confirmed (fixed)
- Less than 3hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
- Between 3-12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
- No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
