Are you interested in taking some of my lessons but have questions or want to meet me first?  I'm looking forward to this free introductory Skype lesson with you to talk about what you can expect.

You will notice that I offer many interesting lessons in nutrition (women only) and stress management (men and women welcome).  Many of the lessons work well together to boost your nutrition knowledge or reduce your stress every week. 

Good to know: You can request this introductory "Hello New Students" lesson again when you want to take different lessons and have questions.  

NOTE: **This is an information lesson only, not an example lesson.  However, by the end, you will know for sure if my lessons are right for you.**

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

This tutor's cancellation policy

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 3hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 3-12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
