1日頑張った自分を優しく癒しましょう。
疲れているときは動くのが億劫になるかもしれませんが、そういうときこそ少し体を動かした方が心を落ち着かせ、よい眠りに入れます。ゆったりした呼吸と動きで興奮した神経を鎮めましょう。
交感神経優位のままでは良い睡眠は得られません。副交感神経が優位になるポーズと呼吸でリラックスし、そのまま気持ち良く寝てしまいましょう。
