Kurspaket Inhalt

- This is a lesson pack of 5 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 5 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 4 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Welcome to your English course.

Each class will be have a various topic where we will be able to go through the various skills you need to be successful in English.

Speaking, Listening, Grammar and Reading are all skills will be doing in class. Writing practice can also be given as homework!

I have been teaching English for more than 8 years now so I really am adaptable to all kinds of students. Are you shy? No problem! I am extremely patient and I understand at the beginning it could be difficult to open but do not worry. As a teacher, I promise that I will help you gain more confidence in English and improve your English to the best!!

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

  • No-Show→ 100% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
