A combination of low impact cardio, resistance and functional training made to work the whole body and strengthen the core and pelvic floor, as well as help in the healing of diastasis recti. It's safe for DR, pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic organ prolapse.
 
Equipment (recommended but optional): mini exercise ball (20-30cm), rubber resistance band, rubber resistance band loop
 
Important: For this lesson it is necessary to know how to do pelvic floor exercises (also called Kegels). If you don’t know how to activate these muscles, make sure you have done the MAMA – Strong Pelvic Floor class first.
