Description:
Develop your English listening skills in a short, focused lesson. Students will practice understanding natural English speech through short audio clips, dialogues, and everyday conversations. The lesson helps improve comprehension, vocabulary recognition, and the ability to respond naturally.

Lesson Flow:

  1. Warm-up Discussion (3 min)

    • Ask simple questions about the student’s day or interests.

    • Activate listening and speaking from the start.

  2. Listening Activity (8 min)

    • Play a short audio or dialogue (1–2 minutes).

    • Focus on key words, pronunciation, and intonation.

  3. Comprehension Questions (7 min)

    • Ask questions about the audio to check understanding.

    • Example: Who is speaking? What are they talking about?

    • Encourage the student to answer in complete sentences.

  4. Discussion & Repetition (7 min)

    • Repeat difficult phrases or sentences from the audio.

    • Encourage the student to mimic pronunciation and intonation.

    • Discuss any new vocabulary.

  • How to recognize common words and phrases in spoken English

  • Improved listening comprehension and pronunciation awareness

  • Ability to respond naturally to spoken English
