Do you feel stuck, no matter how hard you try?
Maybe you have a goal you deeply want to achieve, but something always seems to get in the way. If this sounds familiar, you might be holding onto limiting beliefs - subconscious thoughts that keep you from moving forward.

What are limiting beliefs?
Limiting beliefs are beliefs we have about ourselves and the world, often from childhood. They can sound like:
"I'm not good enough."
"People don't care what I have to say."
"Success is only for lucky or talented people."
These beliefs may seem small, but they are powerful, because they shape our decisions, confidence, and actions. The good news? They're not permanent. With awareness and practice, you can reframe them into beliefs that empower you instead of hold you back.

What we'll do in this lesson
We'll start with one goal - something that you truly want. Then, through thoughtful questioning, we'll uncover the beliefs standing in your way. For example:
"I want to post videos on YouTube, but I'm not confident enough."
- "Why do you feel that way?"
- "Because I struggle to express my thoughts clearly when I talk to others."
- "Who told you this?"
- "My mother used to criticize how I spoke when I was younger."

This is just a small glimpse of the process. In our session, we'll go even deeper - challenging these beliefs, reframing them, and identifying one small action step you can take to move forward with confidence.

What does this mean for you?
