Lesson Pack Details
- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 90 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.
Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

In this lesson, the student leads an engaging & natural English conversation with the teacher. However, the teacher will ring a bell and immediately interrupt the student if they make any error, even a small one.
When a student's level of English becomes advanced, the student becomes better able to express powerful and interesting ideas in conversation practice. Because they are able to have conversations that are often much more interesting that a basic-level English conversation, it can be easy for their conversation partner to "politely" allow some English errors to happen, so that the speaker can express their thoughts & feelings.
In this lesson, the teacher will always interrupt the student, and stop the conversation immediately, in order to explain any mistake. Once the mistake is discussed, the conversation can resume.
You should think of this lesson as a kind of game! :) Remember: finding errors is important. Errors are actually a gift! So, let's have fun with this!!

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
