How to write a formal email using persuasive language and techniques.

Can you write an email? Sure! But can you persuade someone you are right?
Maybe you need to; write an email explaining why you are 'right for the job', have to deal with English speaking customer service about a complaint or persuade a company to stop polluting the environment.
Then you need the Art of Persuasion!
In this lesson we will look at using formal language, a structure for your email and different persuasive techniques.
I can then give suggestions for a real email or set an exercise for a practice email.
We can then have a second lesson where I can proofread your email and give any more suggestions.
Intermediate to advanced level.
