Learn English through a popular, new TED Talk about AQ (adaptability) in Business.
Description
Everyone knows that IQ is important; how high is your "AQ", or adaptability quotient? Investors and employers think AQ is needed for success. Let's listen, learn, and discuss the business concept of "AQ."
1. Once you log in, I'll send you access to a Google document we will use. Use the free trial to listen to or read this very new, interesting TED talk about AQ. The goal is too learn the main ideas. You can also preview the Talk here:

2. We'll talk about the main ideas, and practice some vocabulary and pronunciation to help us understand and discuss this topic more deeply. If these are too easy, we can move to more advanced skills like Business idioms and complex grammar.
3. Finally, we'll use the speakers' ideas to discuss how AQ applies to your life and goals.
