A counseling session of 50 minutes.

This is a safe space where you are free to express yourself. I will actively listen to you, give you advice, guide you with quiestions and keep the flow of the conversation. You have nothing to prepare and worry about when you come to my sessions. You will feel lighter after the session and ready to tackle your difficulties in your carrier, personal life, relationships and other aspects. All you share about yourself will remain confidental.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
