- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Description

Hello and thank you for your interest in 'English Conversation Booster' lesson pack with Zoë.
  • This is a conversation lesson that will help increase your fluency and confidence in speaking in English.
  • Students can decide the topic or I (the teacher) will prepare a topic to talk about.
  • The class is 25 minutes long.  If you don't have much time, prefer regular short English conversation classes or feel stressed about speaking in English for a long time, then these classes are for you.
  • British English is used in the lesson but differences between UK and US English will be addressed if it comes up.
  • In the lessons, I will help you with:   sentence building and structure, correcting grammar and pronunciation, vocabulary building, daily communication and improving fluency and confidence in speaking English.
  • During the lesson, I will use the chat box for corrections and if needed, the screen sharing function to highlight lesson points if need be.
I am a relaxed and flexible teacher and my lessons are always inviting and stress-free.  I have a proven and long running track record of helping students from young children to adults improve their English ability and I'm looking forward to helping you too.

This is a lesson pack.  Please make sure to book your lessons in advance and use your lessons within 30 days ^^

Cafetalk's cancellation policy

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
