- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Hallo und vielen Dank für dein Interesse am 'English Conversation Booster'-Lehrplan mit Zoë. Dies ist eine Konversationsstunde, die dir helfen wird, deine Flüssigkeit und Selbstsicherheit im Englischsprechen zu steigern. Die Schüler können das Thema selbst wählen oder ich (der Lehrer) werde ein Thema vorbereiten, über das gesprochen wird. Der Unterricht dauert 25 Minuten. Wenn du nicht viel Zeit hast, lieber regelmäßige kurze Englischkonversationsstunden bevorzugst oder dich gestresst fühlst, lange auf Englisch zu sprechen, dann sind diese Stunden genau das Richtige für dich. Britisches Englisch wird im Unterricht verwendet, aber Unterschiede zwischen britischem und amerikanischem Englisch werden angesprochen, falls sie auftreten. In den Stunden werde ich dir helfen bei: Satzbau und Struktur, Korrektur von Grammatik und Aussprache, Aufbau des Wortschatzes, tägliche Kommunikation und Verbesserung der Flüssigkeit und Selbstsicherheit im Englischsprechen. Während der Stunde werde ich den Chat für Korrekturen verwenden und bei Bedarf die Bildschirmfreigabefunktion nutzen, um Unterrichtspunkte hervorzuheben. Ich bin ein entspannter und flexibler Lehrer, und meine Stunden sind immer einladend und stressfrei. Ich habe eine nachgewiesene und langjährige Erfolgsgeschichte darin, Schülern jeden Alters zu helfen, ihre Englischkenntnisse zu verbessern, und freue mich darauf, auch dir zu helfen.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
