Kurspaket Inhalt

- This is a lesson pack of 3 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 3 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 2 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 90 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

Kursinhalt

ITの仕事で必要とされる英語を勉強するレッスンです。

レッスンの仕方は、下記のようなトピックについてロールプレイを行います。
クラウド・コンピューティング、仮想化、IoT, ビックデータ、VDI、インメモリー・コンピューティング等、最近のITのトレンドとなるキーワードについても、英語で説明をできるようにしていきます。

（トピックの例）
1.　英語でのテレカンの仕方
2.　現地メンバにサービス時間の延長を英語で交渉してみよう
3.　新システム導入を嫌がる現地メンバを英語で説得してみよう
4.　 システムダウンが発生！現地ユーザーに障害の状況を英語で報告
5.　プロジェクトの進捗状況を報告

（レッスンの進め方）

1)ロールプレイでは、まず自分のボキャブラリで話して頂きます。

→仕事に必要なボキャブラリは、短期間に増えないので、自分が現在知っている単語で、遠回しでもよいので伝える試みをします。

2)その後、講師がよりよい英語の表現方法をお伝えします。

→英語の会話では、結論から先に述べる等、日本語とは異なる構成でしゃべった方が伝わりやすい場合があります。それについて、指摘をさせていただきます。

上級者の方こそ受けてほしい日本人講師のレッスン
日本人講師のレッスンは、初心者で自信のない方が受けるレッスン、と考える方が多いと思います。しかし、ビジネス英語については、上級者の方こそ、日本人講師のレッスンをおすすめします。なぜなら、話す内容が複雑になってくると「XXXXという事を英語で表現したい」という質問を、ネイティブの講師に説明するのが難しくなるからです。その様な際は、ビジネスの内容を理解できる日本人の講師のレッスンをお勧めします。

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

  • Weniger als 24 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ 50% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
  • Weniger als 12 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ 50% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
  • No-Show→ 100% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
